- This is the official website of AGM Wholesale Ltd, our registered address is 7 Frensham Road, Sweet Briar Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk. Our company is registered at Companies House number: 4613891 and our VAT Registration is: 342 4314 87.
Please note: As we deal with trade customers only, if you would like to visit the warehouse and register with us, you will need to bring with you one of the following: Business cheque book, VAT number, Proof of premises or an Accountants letter. - Products
- We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurately described by both text and photograph. Please note, however, that images and colours shown are as accurate as Internet technology allows and will vary according to the settings on your individual computer. We reserve the right to alter descriptions and photographs from time to time. You will be informed if any of these changes affect any product you have ordered.
- Ordering
- AGM Wholesale Ltd is a trade only website and therefor has the right to cancel any order and return payment if we suspect customers are not a legitimate business.
By ordering goods, you are agreeing to pay us the full amount for the goods. Our obligation to send the goods to you begins when we receive your payment in full. In most cases your goods will be sent within 1 to 5 working days of ordering. However, in exceptional circumstances we may cancel an order and return payment if we have good reason, or if we suspect an order may be fraudulent or otherwise illegal. All orders are subject to availability and clearance of your payment. - Payment
- (i) UK customers - You can make on-line or telephone payments using major credit and debit cards. All payments must be made in Pound Sterling.
(ii) International (non-UK) customers – at present we are only accepting orders from British Mainland customers. - VAT
- All prices are exclusive of VAT currently at 20%. VAT is added to the completed order prior to final payment.
- Security
- Whenever you make an electronic payment (i.e., checkout) on our website, your data is encrypted by a 128Kbit Secure Server. You can identify a secure checkout by the https:// in the address bar. The ‘s’ in https denotes that the web page you are using is secure.
- Data & Privacy
- When you place an order with us, you will need to provide us with information (such as your name, address etc.). We take protection of your privacy and data seriously and will not pass on your details to any third party. For full details read our privacy policy.
- Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch your item to you as soon as possible. Most of our products are nearly always available for dispatch between one to five working days of your payment. If, for some reason, there will be a delay with your order we will contact you asap. Likewise, you are welcome to contact us whenever you need to check the status of an order.
- Delivery
- (i) Within the UK - A National Courier will deliver your items. We dispatch all our items with a fixed charge of £6.50* for 3 to 5 working days or £8.50* for next day delivery. Anything over £150 is free shipping**. Kindly note that delivery time will depend upon the performance of the courier and this is something which we have no influence. When your order arrives, you should be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address you give us for delivery is secure and that you, or someone on your behalf, are available to sign for the delivery. If someone without authority signs for the purchase, it will not be the responsibility of AGM Wholesale Ltd
(ii) Deliveries outside of the UK – At present we are only accepting orders from customers in Mainland Britain - Returns
- All our products carry a full money back guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned unused within 7 days for a full refund or replacement (eg In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, damaged in transit or unhappy with your purchase).
Please keep all original packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Before returning faulty or damaged items to us, please contact us before sending the return(s) so that we can advise you of the appropriate steps to take.
In the unlikely hood you have a missing item or received a wrong product in your order please notify us within 3 Days of receiving your order to arrange the appropriate steps.
Please note that in some cases, where we suspect an item has been damaged in transit, we may ask you to retain the damaged item for inspection by the courier. If you decide to return an item, please return it with all its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item we will either issue a refund, an exchange or a credit note. Where a refund is issued, we aim to make the refund within thirty days. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment or by cheque. If you received free shipping on your original order please note you will be deducted normal transit costs from your refund.
We cannot be responsible for items, which are lost on their return to us so please be sure to retain your proof of posting.
Please ensure items are returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (subject to the conditions above). - Complaints
- We believe that communication is vital for a successful transaction. If ever you have cause for complaint we encourage you to contact us.

- We may email or call you to keep you updated about your order (for example, if we learn of a delay to your order). However, under no circumstances, will we send you unsolicited advertisements or any other sort of ‘spam’. When you sign up for our newsletter service, you are issuing consent to AGM Wholesale Ltd for us to occasionally email you with news and offers.

- The content of our website. We have the right to periodically alter the content of our website and the prices of our products on the website. We may remove products from our website at any time.
Intellectual Property and copyright While you are using our website, you will be surrounded by textual and graphical information. All such information contained within the website (www.agm-wholesale.co.uk, www.florist-sundries.co.uk) is the intellectual property of AGM Wholesale Ltd and is protected under copyright law. This includes all graphics, photographs, texts and source codes. It is illegal to use our intellectual property without our permission. We reserve all of our rights with regards to our trademarks, copyrights and designs. - Force Majeure
- We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations of these terms & conditions if the delay or failure is due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

*This applies to Mainland UK only and does not apply to N. Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland. Your carriage will be calculated depending on your location when you go through the checkout process.
